闲置旧工业建筑的再利用是一个比较 新的建筑设计命题。欧洲的建筑师在这方面 做了很多的尝试，本文借助几个意大利和德 国的成功例子，对这方面建筑设计做了一个 简单的分析。如何处理新与旧的关系在这样 的设计任务中成为一个艰难而又刺激的重要 部分，如何“用旧瓶装新酒”，装进新的使用 功能，如何处理旧建筑元素与新加建部分的 衔接，如何采取和谐或者对比的手法将新的 建筑元素与旧的建筑元素统一起来……
Reuse of idle old industrial buildings is a relatively new architectural design proposition. European architects have done a lot of attempts in this respect. This article makes a simple analysis of architectural design in this area with several successful examples from Italy and Germany. How to deal with the relationship between the old and the new becomes a difficult and exciting part of the design task, how to “use the old bottle of new wine” into the new use of function, how to deal with the old architectural elements and the newly added part of the interface , How to unite the new architectural elements with the old architectural elements in a harmonious or contrasting way ......
