采用优选结构指示变量的方法,对苯骈咪唑酯季铵盐及其抑制胆碱酯酶作用进行定量构效关系分析,获得了较为满意的结果,并对抑酶作用机理进行探讨,为合成新的胆碱酯酶抑制剂提供了参考信息。
Quantitative structure-activity relationship analysis of quinazoline ester quaternary ammonium salt and its inhibitory effect on cholinesterase was carried out by the method of indicating the preferred structure variables. Satisfactory results were obtained and the action mechanism of aprotinin was discussed. Cholinesterase inhibitors provide reference information.
