设计拖拉机组成式变速箱时合理地确定各档位排列顺序及选定各档速度数值是一项较为复杂的工作。副变速箱传动比变化率Ω_f的确定,对此有重要影响。本文从变速箱档位排列变化分析了Ω_f的变化规律,进而用图线表示了在已知低档组理论速度V_(lf)的条件下,Ω_f变化规律对变速箱档位排列变化的影响。本文对拖拉机新产品设计或改进设计时如何合理地确定各档速度和档位排列顺序有一定的指导作用。
When designing the tractor compositional transmission, it is a more complicated task to reasonably determine the order of the stalls and the speed values of each stall. Auxiliary gear ratio change rate Ω_f to determine, have a significant impact. In this paper, we analyze the variation of Ω_f from the change of transmission gear position, and then use the graph to show the influence of the variation of Ω_f on the shift of transmission gearbox under the known low speed group velocity V_ (lf). In this paper, the new product design or to improve the design of the tractor to determine how to properly determine the stall speed and gear order has some guidance.
