140年前,在中国东南大地卷起了以洪秀全为首的太平天国农民革命风暴。太平天国的农民领袖们,为了打碎旧世界,建立新世界,制定了较为完备的革命纲领即《天朝田亩制度》《资政新篇》。本文拟就《天朝田亩制度》和《资政新篇》之间关系问题谈一点粗浅的认识一、《天朝田亩制度》与《资政新篇》的异同《天朝田亩制度》和《资政新篇》虽同为太平天国的基本纲领,但其产生的基础、内容、性质及作用则不尽相同,甚至是截然相反的。《天朝田亩制度》是1853年太平天国定都天京后颁布的,是太平天国前期的纲领性文件。它的产生是以太平天国运动为直接背景,是对太平天国金田起义以来在军队中所实行的
