DPPL—2型低周疲劳电、液控制箱是在总结了DPPL—1型低周疲劳数字控制仪,及其他一些单位改装经验的基础上,为做低周疲劳试验而专门设计的。DPPL—2在测力、控制、监视、报警等方面作了较大改进。系统设计较为合理,性能可靠,操作简便,使用寿命长。本文仅对液压系统原理作简单介绍,电控部分另文介绍。据了解目前低周疲劳试验的改装中普遍存在下列几个问题: 1 用标准压力表和电触点压力表来确定试样的高、低载荷。由于压力表的刻度较粗,高、低载荷与压力要进行换算,加载精度低。

This article only a brief introduction to the principle of hydraulic system, electronic control part of another introduction. It is understood that the current low-cycle fatigue test modifications are generally the following questions: 1 with a standard pressure gauge and the electrical contact pressure gauge to determine the sample high and low load. As the pressure gauges of coarse, high, low load and pressure to be converted, the loading accuracy is low.
