使用本文著者(1979)发表的布尔代数函数图论分析方法研究有规BiBi酶体系的稳态动力学.采用园圈数码表示各含酶物的稳态酶反应速率常数(或此常数与底物浓度的乘积),并用直线联接各园圈数码以表示与此酶反应速率有关的各含酶物之间的拓扑关系.由此即可凭直观的图形法则写出稳态酶反应速率方程式中各分子项和分母项的反应速率常数乘积项的总和.此法简易,图形鲜明,不需另外绘图,也不需进行代数运算,并不易发生差错.
