针对湖北某铜矿原矿性质复杂、浮选作业铜矿物解离不充分、回收率较低的问题,试验采用高碱度优先浮选流程结合中矿选择性再磨进行研究,结果铜回收率达到81.23%,在保证精矿品位的情况下回收率提高1.53个百分点。对新、原流程精I入选矿石的解离度及筛分化验分析表明,中矿再磨能提高铜矿物解离度,使矿物在易选粒度级别富集。
Aiming at the problem that the ore quality of a copper mine in Hubei is complex, the dissociation of copper minerals in flotation is not sufficient and the recovery rate is low, the study adopts the high alkalinity preferential flotation process combined with the selective regrinding of the mine, and the results show that the copper recovery Reached 81.23%, with the guarantee of concentrate grade recovery rate increased by 1.53 percentage points. The analysis of the dissociation degree and the screening test of new and original process refined I ore showed that the re-grinding of medium ore can increase the dissociation degree of copper minerals and enrich the minerals at the easy-to-choose grain size level.
