近年来,随着国民经济的持续增长以及城市化进程的日益加快,房地产行业得以迅猛发展,房地产行业间的竞争也越来越激烈。房地产开发商要想在如此激烈的市场环境下生存下去,就必须加强自身的管理,尤其是房地产开发项目的工程管理。开发项目工程管理的好坏直接影响着整个房地产开发项目的市场竞争力以及工程造价等方面,有效的工程管理有利于提高整个工程经济效益。本文主要通过梧州市大型高档低层住宅小区“欧洲花园”商品房开发项目、银湖碧苑商品房开发项目等具体的实例,介绍了房地产开发项目工程管理的意义,并指出当前部分工程管理的现状和加强房地产开发项目工程管理的措施。
