衡量产品质量高低,标准是一个重要尺度。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的产品出口量近几年有了较大增长。为了使冶金产品做到“长线能出口,短线能顶进”,有“竞争力和占有率”,在国内外两个市场上求生存求发展,冶金产品标准化工作必须要有一个实质性的转变,为企业产品走向市场服务。 冶金部信息标准研究院1995年参加了冶金部几项较大的标准化外事活动,从中可见部领导为实现这个转变,非常重视国际间标准化工作的交往。要求标准化工作者注意研究国际标准,学习国外先进标准的经验,提高标准化水平,增强产品的市场竞争能力。
