首钢工学院多年来承担着为首钢集团公司进行企业计算机培训的任务,目前企业正处于产业结构调整、“一业多地”生产经营模式的战略转型期。以此为背景,本文在总结企业计算机培训发展历程及经验的基础上,结合实例,探讨在当前形势下进行企业计算机培训的策略与实践。主要包括:培训策略制定、培训课程体系建设、加强培训管理、改革教学理念与方法等方面的内容。 Shougang Institute of Technology has shouldered the task of training computer companies for Shougang Group for many years. At present, the enterprises are in a period of strategic transformation of industrial structure adjustment and production and operation mode of “one industry and more places”. On the basis of this, on the basis of summing up the development and experience of computer training in enterprises, this paper discusses the strategies and practices of computer training in enterprises under the current situation with examples. Mainly include: training strategy development, training course system construction, strengthening training management, reform teaching philosophy and methods and so on.
