中国民航飞行学院空中交通管理工作,具有较强的系统性和综合性,运用系统科学的思想、观点和方法研究学院空管安全管理工作是一项具有实际意义的工作,随着飞行学院的发展,需要一个完整的空管安全管理体系,没有好的空管安全管理会给飞行训练的正常运行带来障碍,甚至危及飞行安全。本论文试图运用所学的管理科学、系统科等知识,结合学院空管安全管理的实际情况,对空管安全管理的重点及措施进行分析,以达到优化系统结构、加强各管制部门间的协同,提高安全保障的目的。
