The meeting was held to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Language and Culture Center at Nanyang Technological University. It is hosted by the Chinese Language and Culture Center of Nanyang Technological University and co-organized by the Chinese Department of the Chinese Language, Humanities and Social Sciences, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.
