随着国网公司“三集五大”体系的全面建成,培训中心的培训方式和内容也在持续更新变化。国网省电力公司培训中心应对社会经济发展的要求,制定了一系列的规章制度激励教职工不断转变教学风格,提升教学质量,从整体上加强了培训中心的教学能力,受到了国网内外的一致好评。但随着省公司对培训中心承担培训的要求不断提高,培训中心在建设师资力量仍有可强化空间。本文从培训中心师资的现状出发,探索并提出实现师资队伍壮大的对策。
With the completion of State Grid Corporation’s “Three Big Five” system, the training methods and contents of the training center are constantly updated. State Grid Power Company Training Center to meet the requirements of social and economic development, formulated a series of rules and regulations to motivate staff constantly changing teaching style, improve teaching quality, as a whole to strengthen the training center of teaching ability, by the national network Unanimous praise. However, with the continuous improvement of the provincial training requirements for training centers, there is still room for improvement in the training of teachers in the training center. Based on the status quo of teachers in the training center, this paper explores and puts forward some countermeasures to realize the growth of teachers.
