组装并表征了一种基于双核钌复合物/多晶三氧化钨的电致变色近红外光衰减器.实验结果表明,用钌复合物的溶液作为多晶三氧化钨的配对电致变色材料可以提高器件的性能.与不含钌复合物的光衰减器相比,基于钌复合物/多晶三氧化钨的器件对1550nm波长光的调制能力可以从19.1dB提高至30.0dB,电致变色效率从29.2cm2/C提高至121.2cm2/C.
An electrochromic near-infrared attenuator based on binuclear ruthenium complex / polycrystal tungsten trioxide was assembled and characterized.The experimental results show that the use of ruthenium complex solution as the paired electrochromic material for polycrystalline tungsten trioxide can improve the device .Compared with the optical attenuator without ruthenium complex, the device based on ruthenium composite / polycrystalline tungsten trioxide has the ability to modulate light with a wavelength of 1550 nm from 19.1 dB to 30.0 dB and the electrochromic efficiency from 29.2 cm 2 / C increased to 121.2cm2 / C.
