今年以来,河南省唐河县纪委、监察局按照“打铁还需自身硬”的要求,坚持把纪检监察队伍自身建设作为反腐倡廉工作的基础来抓,力争打造一支反腐倡廉铁军。建立跟班学习制度,分批分期组织乡镇纪委副书记、县直单位监察室主任进行跟班学习;建立定期培训制度,每年集中组织乡镇、县直单位纪委书记和委局机关纪检监察干部开展1—2次业务培训;建立纪委书记例会制度,每两个月召开一次纪委书记工作例会,学习纪检监察相关业务,总结点评前段工作,安排部署下一阶段工作。开展“四个一”
