按照中远集团“管理提升”的要求,中远希腊集装箱码头公司(PCT)正逐步将码头操作工艺由粗放管理模式改变为精细管理模式,最近PCT通过采用先进的信息化技术,实施了内拖车实时监控系统(Truck Monitoring System,TMS)。众所周知,内拖车(Yard Truck,YT)是目前世界上绝大多数集装箱码头水平运输的主要工具,其运行和维护成本是码头成本的重要组成部分。PCT研究开发的内拖车监控系统TMS可以实时监控每辆内拖车在集装箱场地的位置、车速、耗油量、发动机运行情况、行驶和停车时间、是否挂带车架、车架上是否带集装箱以及所带集装箱的箱型等重要信息,为码头降低内拖车油耗(consumption of fuel)和空车行驶距离(empty travelling distance)、选择合适作业拖车车型和提高司机驾驶技术等诸多降本增效措施的有效实施提供了重要量化依据。该公司副总经理孙凯作为项目负责人,根据项目的实施过程,从项目开发背景、系统原理和系统各模块功能三个主要方面撰写了本文,以期为国内外其它码头提供参考。
