拱桥承载力大,耐久性好,造型优美。但由于施工费用昂贵,降低了拱桥的竞争能力。 为使拱桥架设简便、设备精简,节省施工用钢量,于一九七六年曾试用“拱桥转体施工”的方法,将拱网分为两个半跨,分别于两岸利用地形预制拱箱(或拱桁),利用结构本身和工具结构组成扣、锚体系,借助于预设的聚四氟乙烯环形滑道(或用二硫化钼作润滑剂的球面铰加钢轮环道),用卷扬机牵引,将拱体旋转合拢。 通过一些施工实践与试验研究,证明“拱桥转体施工”具有经济、快速,安全等优点。 本文对拱桥转体施工的基本方法,设计要点,试验研究,及技术经济比较,结合工程实践作了简明扼要的论述。
Arch bridge carrying capacity, durability, good shape. However, due to expensive construction costs, reducing the competitiveness of the arch bridge. Through some construction practices and experimental studies, it is proved that the “arch bridge swivel construction” has the advantages of economy, speediness and safety. In this paper, the basic methods, design points, experimental research, and technical and economic comparison of the swivel construction of arch bridge are briefly described with the engineering practice.
