研究了碳钢粉末钛铝共渗的渗剂、工艺参数及其对共渗层的影响.结果表明,共渗温度等工艺参数对共渗层的影响遵循扩散的一般规律;T10A钢钛铝共渗层相结构为FeTiO、A1_3Ti、TiC、Al_5Fe_2、AlTi和α固溶体等,45钢共渗层为Al_3Ti、FeTiO、TiC、Al_5Fe_3、Fe_3Al等相结构;钛铝共渗能得到较厚的渗层,能显著提高渗层抗氧化性及抗腐蚀性.
The infiltration agent, process parameters and its influence on the co-diffusion layer were investigated.The results show that the influence of the co-infiltration temperature and other parameters on the co-diffusion layer follows the general rule of diffusion. The phase structure of the infiltrated layer is composed of FeTiO, Al_3Ti, TiC, Al_5Fe_2, AlTi and α solid solution. The common layers of 45 steel are Al_3Ti, FeTiO, TiC, Al_5Fe_3 and Fe_3Al phases. Can significantly improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the infiltration layer.
