目的通过工会系列活动去构建和谐医院的人文环境。方法充分利用工会职能优势,开展医院文化、教育、参与、维护等活动,做构建和谐医院的“桥梁和纽带”、“平台和软件”。结果增强了职工身心健康,陶冶了职工情操,提高了业务技能水平。结论一所医院成功发展的背后往往有着成熟的医院文化理念、和谐健康的工作氛围、团结进取的职工队伍。
Objective To construct the humanistic environment of a harmonious hospital through a series of trade union activities. Methods Making full use of the advantages of trade unions, we carried out such activities as hospital culture, education, participation and maintenance so as to build a “bridge and link”, “platform and software” for a harmonious hospital. As a result, the employees’ physical and mental health was enhanced, their staff sentiment was enhanced, and their business skills improved. Conclusion The successful development of a hospital often has a mature hospital culture concept, a harmonious and healthy working atmosphere, united and enterprising workforce.
