针对太阳模拟器小型化、便携性的实际需求,设计了一种便携式的太阳模拟器。要求在辐照面积1.2m×1.2m的矩形区域内的照度不小于0.02个太阳常数,且被照面的不均匀度小于5%。模拟器系统主要由短弧氙灯、椭球面反射镜、光纤传光束、积分棒和准直镜组组成。通过软件仿真及实验验证,结果均符合要求。实验结果表明,利用短弧氙灯、椭球面反射镜、光纤传光束、积分棒和投影准直透镜组设计便携式太阳模拟器的方法是有效、可行的。
Aimed at the actual demand of miniaturization and portability of solar simulator, a portable solar simulator is designed. It is required that the illuminance in a rectangular area of 1.2 m × 1.2 m in the irradiation area is not less than 0.02 solar constant and the unevenness of the surface to be photographed is less than 5%. The simulator system mainly consists of a short arc xenon lamp, an ellipsoidal reflector, an optical fiber transmission beam, an integrator rod and a collimating lens group. Through software simulation and experimental verification, the results are in line with the requirements. The experimental results show that it is effective and feasible to design a portable solar simulator using short arc xenon lamp, ellipsoidal reflector, fiber transmission beam, integrator rod and projection collimating lens.
