岁末,新年的钟声就要敲响。应美国洛杉矶、旧金山粥会的邀请,全球粥会代表团由荣誉会长丁之发、会长陆炳文、常务副会长吴其萃以及赖尚甫、林佑莲、薛向东一行六人,于12月23日分别从台北、香港启程,一路顺风,于当日中午抵达洛杉矶国际机场。洛杉矶粥会会长朱永宽及公子小朱热情接待,入住酒店。酒店里的圣诞树上,已挂满了彩灯,一年一度的西方大节让我们赶上了。
