随着国际贸易的发展,各国对国际采购中心地位的争夺也日益激烈。那么在争夺全球采购中心的竞争中,中国的发展现状如何,未来中国又能采取哪些战略增强自己的竞争优势。为了回答以上问题,本文运用SWOT矩阵对中国在这场竞争中的地位进行了深入地分析,并据此得出借助国内奥运、世博商机扩大国家影响力、加强产品技术研发能力、采取积极的金融应对策略和加快采购人才培养等四条战略供未来发展参考。
With the development of international trade, the fierce competition for the status of international sourcing centers by various countries is also becoming increasingly fierce. So in the competition for global sourcing center, what is the status quo of China’s development and what strategies China can take to enhance its competitive advantage in the future? In order to answer the above questions, this article uses SWOT matrix to deeply analyze China’s position in this competition and draws a conclusion that with the help of domestic Olympic Games, Expo business opportunities will be expanded, the country’s influence will be strengthened, the R & D capability of products will be strengthened, and a positive financial Coping strategies and speed up the procurement of personnel training strategies for the future development of four reference.
