目的:研制一种既具有过滤净化超压防护功能又具有过滤净化负压防护功能的车用生物污染防护系统。方法:通过综合集成设计过滤净化超压防护装置、过滤净化负压防护装置、防护控制装置和监测报警装置,实现对生物污染的有效防护,并实时监测过滤器的工作状态,及时发出失效报警。结果:试验表明,该系统既能使车辆内部实现不低于300 Pa的超压,同时对生物气溶胶的平均过滤效率不低于99.95%;又能使车辆内部实现不高于-70 Pa的负压,同时对生物气溶胶的平均过滤效率不低于99.93%。结论:该系统既能使车辆安全通过生物污染区运送伤病员,也能使车辆在运送生物污染伤病员或传染病员时保护沿途环境不受污染。
Objective: To develop a biological pollution prevention system for vehicles that has both filtration and purification overpressure protection and filtration and purification negative pressure protection. Method: Through the integrated integrated design, the filtering and overpressure protection device, the filtration and purification negative pressure protection device, the protection control device and the monitoring and alarm device are realized to effectively prevent the biological pollution. The working status of the filter is monitored in real time and the failure alarm is issued in time. Results: Tests have shown that the system can not only achieve an overpressure of not less than 300 Pa inside the vehicle, but also have an average filtration efficiency of bioaerosol of not less than 99.95%; it can also make the interior of the vehicle not exceed -70 Pa. Negative pressure, while the average efficiency of bio-aerosol filtration is not less than 99.93%. Conclusion: The system can not only make vehicles safely transport the wounded and sick people through the bio-polluted areas, but also enable the vehicles to protect the environment along the roads from being contaminated when transporting the bio-contaminated wounded or sick or communicable patients.
