东北是我国大豆主要生产基地,大豆孢囊线虫病是东北大豆产区的重要病害。北至黑龙江省的黑河市,南至辽宁省大连市都有发生,据不完全统计发病面积约占播种面积的1/3左右,对大豆产量品质危害极大,推广种植抗大豆孢囊线虫大豆品种是抗御此病危害最为经济有效的途径,因此研究鉴别东北各地大豆孢囊线虫生理小种种类及其分布情况为各地抗病育种提供科学依据有重要意义。据黑龙江省农科院植保所,吉林省白城子农科所,辽宁省沈阳农大植保系等单位均采用Gollolen方法测定了东北三省63个土壤标样结果。
Northeast China is the main production base of soybean, soybean cyst nematode disease is an important disease in the northeast soybean production areas. Heihe City in Heilongjiang Province in the north and Dalian in the south in Liaoning Province. According to incomplete statistics, the disease area accounts for about one-third of the sown area, which greatly jeopardizes the quality of soybean production. Variety is the most economical and effective way to resist the harm of the disease. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the species and distribution of physiological races of soybean cyst nematode in northeastern China for providing scientific basis for disease-resistant breeding in different places. According to the Gollolen method, the results of 63 soil samples in three provinces of Northeast China were determined by the Institute of Plant Protection, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Baichengzi Institute of Jilin Province and Shenyang Agricultural University Plant Protection and Conservation Department of Liaoning Province.
