以玉米淀粉为原料,添加魔芋葡甘露聚糖对其共混改性,制得改性淀粉型浸润成膜剂。研究了魔芋葡甘露聚糖含量对乳液、薄膜和浸润纱线性能的影响。当魔芋葡甘露聚糖含量为8%时,改性成膜剂性能最佳,黏度为35.69MPa·s,表面张力为51.84mN/m,成膜剂能够有效地吸附和铺展在玻璃纤维表面,薄膜更加致密;改性成膜剂浸润后的纱线力学强度最佳,拉伸断裂强度为0.44N/tex,硬挺度为5.07cm,综合性能优异。
Using corn starch as raw material, adding konjac glucomannan to blend and modify it, and obtaining modified starch type infiltrating film-forming agent. The effect of Konjac glucomannan content on the properties of emulsions, films and infiltrated yarns was investigated. When konjac glucomannan content is 8%, the modified film-forming agent has the best performance, the viscosity is 35.69MPa · s, the surface tension is 51.84mN / m, the film-forming agent can effectively adsorb and spread on the surface of the glass fiber, The film is denser; the mechanical strength of the modified film-forming agent infiltrated yarn is the best, the tensile breaking strength is 0.44 N / tex, the stiffness is 5.07 cm, and the overall performance is excellent.
