利用挤压铸造制备了Al2O3f/Al-4%Cu合金复合材料,研究了复合材料的凝固偏析.研究结果表明,在复合材料的凝固末期,由于选择结晶,剩余液相中的溶质变化导致基体合金类型的改变,最终凝固偏析主要产生在纤维/基体界面上.偏析对材料的组织结构和性能的影响可能是双重的.
Al2O3f / Al-4% Cu alloy composites were prepared by squeeze casting.The solidification segregation of the composites was investigated.The results show that due to the selective crystallization, the solute changes in the remaining liquid phase lead to the matrix alloy Type of change, the final coagulation segregation occurs mainly in the fiber / matrix interface.Segmentation on the structure and properties of the material may be doubled.
