一、引言在以水力发电和防洪为目的的水库运行规划研究中,规划者面临这两个相互对立的水库功能之间的权衡问题,即必须在发电收入最大和下游损失最小之间进行优化权衡。建立水库规划模型的主要困难是确定一个合适的目标函数,这主要是由于:(1)在任何规划模型中,一些变量(如流量)的随机性;(2)现行常用的期望(或平均)特性准则的不合适性;(3)水库运行的多目标性。鉴于上述,在分析前人现有研究成果的基础上,本文提出了一个随机的逐日水库运行规

INTRODUCTION In the study of reservoir operation planning for hydropower and flood control, planners faced the trade-off between these two opposing reservoir functions, that is, the optimal trade-off must be made between the maximum generation income and the minimum downstream loss .
