本文介绍国内外关于药物化学致癌性的研究现状。概述了具有或疑有化学致癌性的各种药物以及研究药物化学致癌性的必要性和实际困难,并就加强新药的临床前毒理试验与促进新药研制之间的关系作了初步讨论。
This article describes the current domestic and international research on drug-induced carcinogenesis. An overview of the various drugs with or suspected to have chemical carcinogenicity and the necessity and practical difficulties of studying the chemical carcinogenicity of the drug were also discussed. The preliminary discussion was also made on the relationship between the enhancement of preclinical toxicology testing of new drugs and the promotion of new drug development.
