高中时期是青少年形成世界观、价值观的重要时期,而这一时期青少年的心理状态极为敏感,显而易见,高中班主任对于这一时期青少年的教育将对其产生深远影响。应该减缓应试教育脚步,勿将分数成绩作为唯一衡量指标,要推动学生德智体美全面发展,以美育教育培养学生情商,形成美育才是立足社会之本的价值体系。因此,高中班主任在推动社会深层次发展的教育意义上有着重要作用。
Senior high school is an important period for adolescents to form a world outlook and values. The psychological state of adolescents during this period is extremely sensitive. It is obvious that senior middle school teachers will have a profound influence on adolescent education during this period. Should try to slow down the pace of exam-oriented education, scores not as the only measure to promote students ’moral, physical and mental development in an all-round way, aesthetic education to develop students’ emotional intelligence, the formation of aesthetic education is based on the value of social system. Therefore, senior high school teacher plays an important role in promoting the education in deep development of society.
