在文献[5]的基础上,对某实际的DH型压缩机齿轮联轴器耦合的齿轮轴和电机轴系统进行了动力学特性分析,结果表明耦合系统的模态、稳定性和不平衡响应与用传统的单个齿轮轴计算所得的结果具有明显的差异。传统的计算方法会丢失部分重要的模态信息,并且相对应的复特征值和失稳转速产生较大的误差。在计算系统的不平衡响应时传统方法不安全。
Based on the literature [5], the dynamic characteristics of a gear shaft and a motor shaft coupled with a real DH type gear coupling were analyzed. The results show that the modal, stability and unbalance response Significantly different from the results calculated with a conventional single pinion. The traditional calculation method will lose some important modal information, and the corresponding complex eigenvalue and instability speed produce larger error. The traditional method is unsafe when calculating the system’s unbalanced response.
