批评与自我批评是我党的三大优良作风之一,不管是在战争年代还是在和平建设时期,这一优良作风一直是我们党在事业上取得进步的可靠保障,但当前各级基层党组织在发挥我党这一优良作风中却存在一些不可忽视的问题,个别党组织和党员不能够深刻认识到落实这一制度的必要性,在一定程度上影响了我们党事业的前进、党员思想觉悟的提高和党员作用的发挥。本文主要探讨了当下在基层党组织中存在的不能很好贯彻落实这一制度的现象及原因,并阐述了解决这一问题的有效措施及对策。
