结合多年成品油质量监督管理实践,从监督抽查计划制定的严肃性、针对性,抽样过程的机动性、代表性、真实性以及监督抽查全过程的公正性等方面,阐述了影响成品油质量监督抽查工作可靠性的因素,并结合基层工作实际,提出了具体的应对措施,提高了监督抽查工作的可靠性,确保了油品质量监督检查工作质量,为质量管理部门科学决策提供了科学准确的数据。
