校企合作作为应用型人才培养模式被高职院校广泛推行,经历了制度创生、传播与维持的制度化过程。由于校企合作的参与者无法了解应遵循的规则和分享共同的文化,出现了高职院校与企业两个主体间显著的制度性拒斥,表现出随意性、割裂化、单向度的合作状态。为此,要寻求校企文化的契合点,建构校企文化融合的“语言”体系,结合参与主体对制度场域关键点的干预,实现基于文化融合下校企合作模式的制度性重构。
As a model of applied talents training, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises has been widely implemented by higher vocational colleges and has undergone a systematic process of creation, dissemination and maintenance of institutions. As the participants in school-enterprise cooperation failed to understand the rules to be followed and share the common culture, there appeared a significant institutional rejection between the two subjects of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, showing randomness, fragmentation and one-way Cooperation status. Therefore, it is necessary to find a meeting point of school-enterprise culture and construct a “language ” system of school-enterprise culture integration.
