生态系统论作为社会工作的理论之一,强调人类行为与环境的交互作用,很好地体现了社会工作的“人在情境中”的核心理念。拾荒者问题的社会工作介入也应该把个人与其所处的环境结合起来,从系统角度考虑。本文尝试从社会生态系统理论出发,探析拾荒者的问题现状并提出几点解决途径。 Ecosystem theory, as one of the theories of social work, emphasizes the interaction between human behavior and the environment and embodies the core concept of “people in the situation” of social work well. The involvement of social workers in the problem of scavengers should also combine the individual with the environment in which they live, from a systemic perspective. This article attempts to start from the social ecosystem theory, explore the status quo of the scavengers and put forward some solutions.
