国家档案局四月十日,在北京召开了一次自然科学研究机构的科学按术档案工作经验交流会。会上由中国医学科学院、中央纺织工业部纺织科学研究院、中国科学院自动化研究所等八个单位介绍了收集与整理科学技术研究档案的经验,最后并由国家档案局局长做了总结发言。出席会议的有科学研究机关和工业交通部门的档案工作者,参加立卷工作的业务人员、领导档案工作的办公室主任和许多自愿参加会议的科学技术工作人员,共一千余人,还有一些中央主管机关的办公厅主任应邀到会。
On April 10, the State Archives Bureau held a scientific exchange of experience in working according to the archives of natural science research institutes in Beijing. At the meeting, eight units from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the Textile Research Institute of the Central Textile Industry Ministry and the Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Sciences introduced the experience of collecting and arranging scientific and technological research archives. Finally, the director of the State Archives Bureau made concluding remarks. A total of more than 1,000 people attended the meeting, including more than 1,000 archivists from scientific research institutes and industrial transport departments, business people participating in the project work, office directors leading archives work, and many scientific and technical personnel who volunteered to attend the meeting. The chief of general office of the central authority was invited to attend.
