应用角膜移植治疗角膜穿孔70例(70只眼),穿透性移植44例,板层移植26例,结果68例(97%)成功地控制了感染,封闭了穿孔,保全了眼球,42例视力提高。手术主要的并发症是虹膜前粘连和持续性上皮缺损,并就治疗方法的选择及移植失败原因进行了分析。 Corneal perforation was performed in 70 eyes (70 eyes), penetrating transplantation in 44 cases and lamellar transplantation in 26 cases.
