目的:系统地研究在急性痛风性关节炎的治疗中应用中西医结合内服外用法的实际价值。方法:选取2014年9月至2015年5月翁源县人民医院收治的80例急性痛风性关节炎患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组使用塞来昔布胶囊以及正清风痛宁缓释片进行西医常规治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组外敷伤科灵气雾剂加龙血竭胶囊细粉,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率是95.0%,对照组的治疗有效率是80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Likert指数和疼痛评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性痛风性关节炎的治疗中,中西医结合内服外用法的实际价值显著。
Objective: To systematically investigate the practical value of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were admitted to People’s Hospital of Wengyuan County from September 2014 to May 2015 were divided into two groups according to randomized clinical trial. The patients were randomly divided into observation group, control group and control group The use of celecoxib capsules and Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets for routine treatment of Western medicine, on the basis of the control group, observation group outside the wound dressing Keling aerosol and dragon blood capsules powder, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results: After treatment, the effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference between the Likert index and the pain score was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, the practical value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for oral administration is remarkable.
