党的十一届三中全会以来,我省各级党委和政府认真贯彻党中央、国务院关于预防为主的卫生工作方针,坚持把医疗卫生工作的重点放在农村,切实加强领导,不断深化改革,采取有效措施,积极实施初级卫生保健,农村卫生工作取得可喜进展。全省农村三级医疗卫生保健网逐步完善,95%以上的行政村建有卫生室,其中坚持集体办医的占75%,坚持合作医疗制度的达40%以上, Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party committees and governments at all levels in our province have conscientiously implemented the principle of prevention-oriented health work of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, insisting that the focus of medical and health work be on rural areas, earnestly strengthening leadership, and continuously deepening reforms.
