众所周知,人的一生,最快乐的时光是在童年,最灿烂、最辉煌的年华是在工作岗位上的岁月。因此,在学校里的每一天,就构成了师生生命最重要的一部分。师生每天在学校工作、学习的经历,就是生命的历程;师生每天在学校工作、学习是否开心快乐,就是生命是否开心快乐。因此,为师生生命成长搭台铺路,就成为北京市海淀区中关村一小管理的重心。从本期开始,我们请该校校长刘畅介绍在“让学校成为师生生命成长的乐园”方面的管理策略,供读者借鉴。
