目的制作大鼠溃疡性结肠炎（ＵＣ）模型，研究ＮＯ的意义，观察中药复方胃肠康的作用．方法ＳＤ大鼠随机分健康对照组（１３只）、模型组（２８只）、模型＋胃肠康组（１７只）和模型＋强的松组（１６只）．后３组６１只大鼠以二硝基氯苯法制作ＵＣ模型．动物颈背部剃毛后，以２０ｇ／（Ｌ·ｄ）的２，４二硝基氯苯丙酮液滴背１次，每次每鼠５滴．连用１４ｄ致敏．其后每日向肛内６ｃｍ处的结肠肠腔灌１０ｇ／Ｌ二硝基氯苯乙醇（０５Ｌ／Ｌ）液１次，每次每鼠０３５ｍｌ，连续４ｄ．复方胃肠康为柴胡、艾叶等４味中药的１１ｋｇ／Ｌ水煎剂，每日每鼠灌胃１ｍｌ．醋酸强的松为对照药．两种药物均应用临床等效量，连用６ｄ．实验完成后处死动物，肉眼观察大肠粘膜，并取８ｃｍ肠段，置２ｍｌ蒸馏水浸泡，浸泡液参照Ｇｒｅｅｎ方法测定ＮＯ代谢物（ＮＯＰ）．而后肠段固定，ＨＥ染色，作光镜病理检查．结果大鼠１４只在造模后因病重或其他原因死亡．８只造模大鼠在造模完成后作病理抽检，发现其结肠都有炎症和典型的溃疡，ＮＯＰ（μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）为２６４±０８６，显著高于健康大鼠的１７１±１１４．应用胃肠康及强的松后，两造模＋治疗组动物结肠的炎症减轻，溃疡数目及面积均较模型对?
