本文采用液相化学还原法,以CuSO4为原料,PVP(聚乙烯醇)为分散剂,水合肼作为还原剂,在碱性条件下制备微米铜粉。考察了不同的工艺条件对制备微米铜的尺寸与形状的影响。结果表明:CuSO4浓度为0.7mol/L,水合肼浓度为4mol/L,PVP加入量为2g,pH为11,温度为70℃的工艺条件有助于提高微米铜颗粒的稳定性,得到趋于球状、粒径较小(小于300nm)的微米铜颗粒。
In this paper, liquid chemical reduction method to CuSO4 as raw materials, PVP (polyvinyl alcohol) as a dispersant, hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent, prepared under alkaline copper powder. The effects of different process conditions on the size and shape of the prepared micron copper were investigated. The results show that the CuSO4 concentration of 0.7mol / L, hydrazine hydrate concentration of 4mol / L, PVP dosage of 2g, pH 11, the temperature of 70 ℃ process conditions help to improve the stability of micron copper particles, Spherical, smaller particle size (less than 300nm) micron copper particles.
