1.故障现象在对某装载机样机进行工业试验过程中,发生发动机排气管断裂现象,断裂部位出现在消声器排气管根部与消声器主体连接处,如图1所示。断裂前排气管左、右方向抖动严重,由此判断该故障可能与发动机减振结构有关。2.原因分析排气管安装在发动机上,发动机剧烈振动,特别是在发动机升速和停止时,消声器排气管抖动剧烈,导致排气管发生断裂,因此要对发动机和排气管的振动分别进行测试。
1.
