研究了不同摩擦系数对异型罐胀压成形过程的影响,分析了异型罐简易模型及网格剖分规律。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增加,成形零件最薄厚度缓慢变大,壁厚最大减薄率逐渐减小;壁厚减薄速率随着胀形载荷的增加逐渐降低,在摩擦系数增加的情况下表现得更加明显。
The influence of different friction coefficient on the process of bulking forming of special-shaped cans was studied. The simple model of can-shaped cans and the rule of mesh division were analyzed.
