在对示范区的前期构思、设计定位的基础上,该文通过对公路弯道标识、迎宾公路、市政公路桥、滨海观景台、湿地水岸等红线外市政景观要素,街区入口形象、样板间住宅公园、蔚蓝海岸风情街区、滨河景观、第五景观立面等风情商业街景观要素,售楼处前广场、码头广场、主题游乐区、无边界水池、私家花园等示范区后花园景观要素的分析,从不同尺度,对不同场地景观设计的效果进行了探讨。对其地产项目示范区的景观设计具有一定的借鉴价值。
