Strategy is the cornerstone of all for-profit programs, a well-conceived and proven strategy that not only continues to create lucrative profits but also creates a business model that fits the needs of the business and delivers sustainable profits. Mark Twain, American writer Friend Charles Dudley Warner once said, “Everyone is complaining about the weather, but there’s really one guy who really wants to change the weather.” Many companies are also strategically involved. When I first proposed a strategy question at MIT, I found two prominent phenomena: one, everyone involved in strategy formulation; and second, many professional managers were “so strategic and strategic as to why it was so important ”Lack of clear understanding.
