利用蛋白质含量和产量各不相同的3个冬小麦品种,研究源库改变对蛋白质、湿面筋含量、沉降值和千粒重等品质性状的影响。结果表明:源库改变明显影响着子粒蛋白质和千粒重,而对湿面筋含量和沉降值的影响不大;品种间蛋白质含量对源库变化的反应不同;千粒重的增减因品种而异;面筋的沉积主要受库的限制;旗叶在产量和蛋白质形成中起着同等重要的作用。
Three winter wheat cultivars with different protein content and yield were used to study the effects of source changes on quality traits such as protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value and 1000-grain weight. The results showed that: the change of source sink obviously affected the grain protein and 1000-grain weight, but had little effect on wet gluten content and sedimentation value; the protein content of varieties had different response to the change of source sink; the increase and decrease of 1000- Sedimentation is largely limited by the library; flag leaves play an equally important role in yield and protein formation.
