近年来,我国众多学校在管理上呈现模式化、统一化及千人一面的现状,在教育体制改革的深入发展中,传统的学校管理模式难以适应快速发展的社会经济。同先进的现代企业管理制度和模式相比,学校管理存在着很大的缺陷和不足。本文从现代企业管理的角度提出了改革和创新学校管理模式和方法的思考。
In recent years, many schools in our country have presented the status quo of moderation, unification and one-sidedness in management. In the further development of education system reform, the traditional school management mode can not adapt to the rapidly developing social economy. Compared with the advanced modern enterprise management system and mode, the school management has great defects and shortcomings. This article from the perspective of modern enterprise management put forward the reform and innovation of school management mode and method of thinking.
