本文用高效液相色谱法测定了8名健康志愿者单剂量口服尼莫地平软胶囊剂60mg和等剂量进口尼莫地平薄膜包衣片剂的生物利用度，结果表明两剂型的Tmax、Cmax、AUC均无显著差异（P＞0．05），两剂型具生物等效性。
In this paper, eight healthy volunteers were measured by high performance liquid chromatography single oral dose of nimodipine capsules 60mg and equal doses of imported nimodipine film-coated tablets bioavailability, the results show that two doses of Tmax, Cmax, AUC were no significant difference (P> 0.05), two formulations with bioequivalence.
