目的把护理程序运用于临床教学,提高实习生的综合素质,培养高素质实用性护理人才。方法将临床实习的目的与实习生自身特点、需求相结合,按护理程序评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价五步方法进行临床带教。结果运用护理程序教学避免了带教的盲目性,是一种有计划、系统、有效的带教模式,有助于改善护理管理质量,提高实习生的综合能力。结论运用护理程序实施临床带教具有科学性和实用性,值得进一步推广。
Objective To apply nursing program in clinical teaching, improve the comprehensive quality of trainees, and train nurses with high quality and practicality. Methods Combining the purpose of clinical practice with the trainees’ own characteristics and needs, clinical teaching was conducted according to the nursing procedure evaluation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation five-step method. Results Using nursing procedure teaching to avoid the blindness of teaching was a planned, systematic and effective teaching mode, which could help improve the quality of nursing management and improve the internship comprehensive ability. Conclusion It is scientific and practical to carry out clinical teaching with nursing procedure, which is worth further promotion.
