Over the years, the growth of China’s forestry industry has been huge, maintaining an annual growth rate of more than 20%. In 2012, the total output value of forestry in China reached 3.95 trillion yuan, of which the foreign trade in forest products occupied a large share. Under this background, China’s forestry industry suffered from “double-reverse” investigations on the United States’ multiple trade barriers as the real and unfair trade.
